Resting and being lazy. There is a diffrence

You know those mornings when you wake up and you didn't sleep well. Youre legs hurt, brain feels foggy and you probably got a crick in youre neck. Just go back to sleep. On me. you can say I told you so.
On the other hand saying that 3 or 4 days in a row is being lazyyy. At that point if youre tight and hurting its time to see the chiropractor or go for some yoga. Around this time of year when people are starting to ramp up their training its very important to give youre self a break. Take a few days to not do any exercise   and not only with it pay dividends for you're physical state but your mental as well. Take a long weekend out partying. Have a hamburger or a doughnut dammit ( maybe have a hamburger doughnut!). Just be ready to get back to it in a few days now that youre fresh and refocused. See you all next sunday.
